Birdwatching at Rifle Range

Date : 18 Jan 2020 - 18 Jan 2020
Time : 7.30 am to 10.30 am
Location : Meet at 7.30 am at the junction of Rifle Range and Dunearn roads. We will carpool to the starting point at the end of Rifle Range Road.

Members Only

This walk, led by Yeo Seng Beng (HP: 81263416), will explore the forest trail off Rifle Range in the Central Catchment Nature Reserve.  This is a good time to look for wintering birds like the Forest Wagtail, Arctic Warbler and the elusive Ferruginous Flycatcher.  We will also search for resident birds such as the Asian Fairy Bluebird, Blue-winged Leafbird and Short-babbler Babbler.

Things to Bring
Bring rain gear, drinking water and wear comfortable walking shoes (prerferably waterproof) as the trail is uneven in parts.
