Leopard Lacewings at Brickland Rd CNP

Was at this Connector park on Sat 12.6.10, great day so many butterflies flying around the Community in Bloom projects by NParks, amongst which were no less than 36 caterpillars on the trellis with passiflora creepers....see :

In and around the neighbouring clump of flowers were found also the usual common ones :

A revist a little later (to go home and get spare camera batteries ran out videoing) I came across this interesting large female Tawny Coster...saw also one caterpillar on the same passiflora creeper with the other 36 cats :

Finally some first time sightings around trees with nice flowers inflorescents...the FIddlewood Tree !
3 Autumn leafs...missed a good shot of the Peacock Royal...and this rather rare Dark Banded Ace, Halpe ormenes vilasina high up the tree :

Almost no caterpillars of the Lacewing seen this morning, 15.6.10...spotted one Lacewing cat moulting last stage into pupa...short clip but effort to cast off the moult not obvious :
