SUMMARY:Butterfly Walk at Dairy Farm Nature Park
DESCRIPTION:   \nOpen to the Public \nDairy Farm Nature Park is a vital green buffer zone for the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Today it offers lush secondary forest trails and former quarry sites. In this walk\, we will seek out butterflies at accessible forest trails. \nOver the years\,  this park remains a good spot for sighting a range of butterflies. Butterfly sightings have included Malay Baron\, Chocolate Grass Yellow\, Painted Jezebel\, Blue Jay\, 5-Bar Swordtail\, Malayan Jester\, Malayan Sunbeam\, Bamboo Tree Brown\, Common Birdwing\, The Archduke\, Chocolate Sailor\, White Spot Palmer\, Hieroglyphic Flat\, Banded Demon. \nMaximum No. of Participants:\n25 pax \nClosing Date\n20 September 2026\, Sunday \nThings to Bring\nBring along a  sun protection\, water for hydration\, rain gear\, wear proper walking shoes and wear light appropriate clothing to prevent insect bites. \nEnquiries\nFor any enquiries\, please contact Shreeyaa at shreeyaa@nss.org.sg \nNote:\n•⁠ ⁠Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.\n•⁠ ⁠Registration will close once the maximum number of participants is reached\, or on closing date.\n•⁠ ⁠Only confirmed participants will be contacted by email\, after the closing date\, with details on the meeting time and place.
