Yap Wee Jin will lead us in exploring some of the paths and hides in Kranji Marshes’ Core Conservation Area, where we will enjoy excellent views across these freshwater marshes. Birding highlights include residents such as the Red-wattled Lapwing and Black-backed Swamphen, as well as migrants like the Common and Black-capped Kingfishers as well as Common Sandpiper.

This walk is offered in collaboration with NParks.

The walk is free but participants need to cover transport cost at $10 per person.

- A chartered bus will ferry us from the meeting point at Sungei Buloh Visitor Centre (60 Kranji Way) to the starting point at Turut Track.

- Payment should be made only after confirmation.
