Meet Lim Kim Keang at 5.30 am sharp at One Degree 15 Marina Club in Sentosa Cove (waiting area between Cold Storage and 7-Eleven at carpark).

May's pelagic trip is undertaken to view seabirds on their spring migration northwards.  We will sail the Singapore Strait and turn around between the end of Changi and north of Batam.  We will be expecting Swift and Lesser Crested Terns and the uncommon Bridled and Aluetian Terns.  Swinhoe's Storm Petrels should also be migrating at this time.  With luck, we may also encounter Short-tailed Shearwaters and skuas.

Things to bring
Breakfast and lunch, sun-block, hat and wear a long-sleeved shirt preferably.

A valid passport is needed to clear immigration at sea.

Chilled bottled water and canned drinks will be provided on board.

For foreign citizens, you will also need to submit your re-entry permit, work visa or student permit, whichever is applicable.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Maximum Number of Participants
Due to vessel restrictions, the trip is limited to eight (8) members only.

Parents with Children
Children are NOT allowed for safety reasons.

Those prone to sea-sickness are strongly advised not to participate.

A fee of $100 per person to cover the cost of the boat is payable.  Payment details will be provided when your registration is confirmed and payment should be made by 28 April 2018.

No refunds will be made if confirmed participants do not turn up for any reason. 
If there are less than eight (8) enrolments, the trip may be cancelled and all fees will be refunded.
