Horseshoe crabs (HSC) are in decline globally due to habitat loss, poaching and overfishing. They get trapped in abandoned nets and need our help to free them. NSS aims to continually monitor our local HSC population to ensure that they stay around for generations to come.

Things to Bring

Bring along cap, shoes/booties, sunblock, repellent, cutters for HSC rescue and camera. 


Cleaning Up

Washing facilities are available.
