Horseshoe crabs (HSC) are in decline globally due to habitat loss, poaching and overfishing. They get trapped in abandoned fishing nets and need our help to set them free. NSS aims to continually monitor our local HSC population to ensure that they stay around for many generations to come. If you would like to be part of this important mission to rescue and study the HSC at Mandai Mudflats, please register at

Things to Bring

Bring along cap, shoes/ booties, sunblock, repellent, cutter for HSC rescue and camera.
