Ever wanted to learn about flowers but unsure where to start? Here's your chance to develop and improve your plant recognition skills. In this second session in a series of botany workshops organised by our Plant Group, instructor Dr. Bian Tan will take you on an exploration of the extremely varied ways of being a flower. You will learn to recognize the various parts of a flower, their role in pollination, and the various ways they can be shaped and formed. You will learn these and more mainly through hands-on observation of fresh specimens. All are welcome. No previous botany experience is necessary.
