Nature On The Edge - Wildflower Virtual Walk 2

Date : 25 Sep 2020
Time : 6pm - 7pm
Location : Online, Zoom

Open to the Public - Registration Needed - Members & ESN Schools Priority

This virtual walk is a follow-up to our first NSS wildflower walk in July. The abundance and diversity of blooming wildflowers during the circuit breaker have delighted and cheered many of us and piqued our curiosity as well. Join Dr. Shawn Lum, president of NSS, on a wildflower walk to explore the common species found in our neighbourhood grassy patches. Shawn will touch on the ecological roles and functions of such "weeds" and their diagnostic characters for identification. He will be joined online by other NSS Plant Group members.

To attend the virtual walk, please register at:

- The Zoom meeting link to attend the webinar will be sent to registered attendees.

Only registered participants will be allowed into the Zoom session. Late-comers will not be allowed into the Zoom session.

- Please note that priority will be given to NSS members and students from schools partnering Nature Society (Singapore) on our 'Every Singaporean A Naturalist' programme if we have an overwhelming response.
