Spices and Herbs Walk at Fort Canning Park with Angie Ng and Evelyn Tan. Meet at the back of Fort Canning Centre, not too far from the Battle Box. This walk will lead you into part of the original grounds of the first Botanical Gardens established by Raffles in 1822. Here we will touch, smell and identify the large and lush collection of herbs and spices, all of which are often used in our local and Asian cooking.
